SAP HR Functional Consultant (OM/PA)

?

The SAP Functional Consultant will support and implement global processes primarily using standard SAP solutions.

?? Work with Customer Solutions lead and business personnel to understand various human resource related business processes, such as Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Payroll, Time Evaluation/CATS, Compensation and interfaces.

? Based on requirements submitted by the business, develop detailed functional and technical specifications for changes to the SAP ECC system

? Perform configuration for the HR SAP modules Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Talent and Performance Management, Training and Event Management, Employee Self Service, Manager Self Service, Global Employee Management, Compensation, Benefits and interfaces with third party vendors.

? Consult with ABAP developers and provide technical specs to develop customized solutions

? Perform unit testing of changes (configuration, custom development, etc) in development and staging environments, including regression testing of functionality that may be impacted by change.

? Responsible for supporting year end activities for supported countries.

Required Skills

? Demonstrated proficiency in SAP Human Resources/Payroll

? Experience with SAP ECC 5.0 or SAP ECC 6.0

? Experience supporting international Countries such as UK, France, Germany, etc.

? Ability to relate technical ideas and functionality to non-technical users
