In August 2011, Mike Maloney, author of the best selling book on precious metals investing and advisor to Robert Kiyosaki, gave a 90 minute presentation where he shares ?what he believes? is a likely scenario for the global economy over the next deacde. Since 2003 he has been advocating gold and silver as the ultimate means of protecting wealth.
Now, I personally don?t believe that Gold will be $20,000 an oz. any time soon, however, I do believe it will go up based on the information shared and what?s happening with our currency. How much? No one really knows. But it is interesting how many things Mike shared almost a year ago are happening or have happened.
Take for instance just a week ago Bankia, one of Spain?s largest banking conglomerates, revealed it needs an additional $23.8 billion to cover massive losses ? money which the Spanish government simply does not have. Retail sales plunged 9.8%. This will cause massive unemployment rates. The world?s biggest trade credit insurer suspends all new coverage for anyone shipping goods to Greece. This will cripple their economy. Here?s a BIG one? the worst U.S. job numbers in a year just came out on June 1st. Did you see what happened to the DOW and what happened to GOLD from this news?
After watching this video, you shouldn?t have to ask yourself if it would be a good idea to have a few ounces of gold stashed away? you should be asking yourself, ?How can I get my hands on it?? Even though Gold is extremely expensive for an oz., there are ways to get gold for a fraction of it?s price. You?ve probably seen those commercials with Ed McMahon and Mc Hammer selling all their gold to this company?
It was a Super Bowl commercial. You know who can afford to pay 3.5 million dollars for 30 second Super Bowl ads? Companies like Cash4Gold that make over 100
million dollars a year. America is sending this company all their gold. And it?s being sold for 9 to 18% of its true value.
