The festival is a celebration of local produce and talent with events hosted across St Ives throughout the festival showcasing local chefs, culinary experts and a wide variety of local beverages and food. A Producers Market on West Pier features some of Cornwall?s leading food and drink producers displaying and selling their produce.

With everything from wine and cider producers, to chocolate and cheese makers, fruit and vegetable growers and meat, chutneys, curry and bread all produced in Cornwall you?ll find plenty to delight your taste buds. During the festival some of the town?s nationally renowned bars, restaurants and caf?s host events such as wine and cheese tastings, fish barbeques and prepare special menus inspired by local produce. You can also take part in coastal walks foraging for edible plants on the way, learn more about the history of St Ives? fishing industry and find out about old Cornish recipes on guided walks around the town and you can test your culinary knowledge at the food quiz.
