Job Summary The Onboarding Program Manager will consult with key business line stakeholders to design, develop, implement and lead a comprehensive welcoming strategy for all levels of employees crossing multiple business lines and across the enterprise. This is a great opportunity for someone who likes to build things from the ground up. Job Responsibilities Leverage current benchmarking, best practices and latest research to provide thought leadership to the program design Lead cross business line onboarding team Collaborate with business line leaders and HR generalists to effectively design and execute the program Design content and facilitate virtual learning sessions for new leaders Design and facilitate in-person executive onboarding program Design various resources to include new employee website, leader and employee roadmaps, manager and business line toolkits, FAQs, etc. Provide train the trainer to market based onboarding facilitators Create and implement communication touch points with new employees Utilize various evaluation tools to measure the effectiveness of programs Manage small onboarding team
NOTES: Telecommuting is allowed

Qualifications BA or BS required; Masters Desired 10-15 years related experience in learning and organization development Proven track record in program design; developing and implementing large scale programs across geographically dispersed workforce Proven ability to design and lead programs for leaders Proven ability to build collaborative partnerships within a team and across the organization Exceptional meeting facilitation skill Exceptional verbal and written communication Proven ability in project management skills Demonstrated consulting and diagnostic skills Ability to think strategically while maintaining a results-driven approach Management experience required Knowledge of various virtual learning methodologies strongly preferred Knowledge of OD intervention design and delivery highly desired
